「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求 」

本案的业主是一家四口组成；平时业主夫妻俩忙碌生意很少在家，他们希望两个女儿在家能够有明亮宽敞的生活/学习氛围，功能上要求有足够的收纳储存空间，空气流通，生活动线合理，居住起来舒适惬意，还要带一些精简时髦的感觉。结合他们对功能的需求和生活方式，对房子进行了改造，最终酝酿出一个简而有致的氛围的家。

「 Family changes | 户型改造 」

许多人认为，玄关只是一个过渡空间，注重它的美观和实用性即可。但是这个家，设计师通过巧妙地利用空间，充分发挥了玄关的潜力。进门的左手边设计了玄关柜，既方便日常的更衣换鞋，又方便了收纳整理，开放格部分可以方便主人进出的时候放一下钥匙等物品。木色、白色的柜门可以给人一种自然的舒适感，黑色的换鞋凳穿插在其中形成完美的对比，营造出简约现代的风格，让整个空间更具层次感和质感。

Many people believe that the entrance is just a transitional space, and pay attention to its beauty and practicality. But in this home, the designers have exploited the full potential of the entryway by using the space cleverly. The left hand side of the door is designed with a porch cabinet, which is convenient for daily change of clothes and shoes, and convenient for storage and sorting, and the open grid part can facilitate the owner to put keys and other items when entering and leaving. The wooden and white cabinet doors can give people a natural sense of comfort, and the black shoe change stool is interspersed in it to form a perfect contrast, creating a simple and modern style, and making the whole space more layered and textured.

墙面做了凹槽，搭配简约大气的装饰画，让墙面看起来更加有深度和层次感，提升了室内空间的整体美观度。大理石装饰和植物的组合嵌入凹槽中提升空间的高级感，增加空间的自然气息，产生更加丰富的层次感。

The wall is made of grooves, with simple and atmospheric decorative paintings, so that the wall looks more deep and layered, and improves the overall beauty of the interior space. The combination of marble decoration and plants is embedded in the groove to enhance the sense of sophistication of the space, increase the natural atmosphere of the space, and produce a richer sense of hierarchy.

The sitting room

客厅

大理石茶几搭配模块沙发让客厅看起来更加整洁有序，同时也能增加空间的灵动性。木纹色柜门搭配石头背景板营造出自然、温馨的感觉，开放格嵌上灯带给柜子带来一些视觉上的变化，让整个空间更加生动。阳台设置了家政收纳柜，将工具整齐地收纳其中，同时白色的柜体与墙面完美的衔接，毫无违和感。

The marble coffee table with the module sofa makes the living room look more tidy and orderly, and can also increase the flexibility of the space. Wood grain color cabinet door with stone background board to create a natural, warm feeling, open lattice embedded lights bring some visual changes to the cabinet, make the whole space more vivid. The balcony is set up with a housekeeping storage cabinet, which neatly stores the tools, while the white cabinet and the wall are perfectly connected, without any sense of violation.

客厅做了整面的电视背景墙，儿童房与客厅转角拆除移门后的垛子做了圆角处理，与悬浮顶的设计配合，使整个客厅看起来更加宽敞明亮。电视背景中间穿插了一块黑色柜体，将电视机融入其中，视觉上不再那么单调，下方落地的电视柜起到收纳储藏的作用同时也增加了空间的层次。

The living room has made the whole TV background wall, the children's room and the living room have rounded corners after the removal of the door, and the design of the suspended roof has made the whole living room look more spacious and bright. There is a black cabinet interspersed in the middle of the TV background to integrate the TV into it, which is no longer so monotonous visually. The TV cabinet on the floor below plays a role in storage and storage and also increases the level of space.

客厅靠近卧室区域当做书房使用，黑色的书桌搭配个性的座椅增加整个空间的趣味性和创意性，又不失现代感和时尚感，让整个空间更加具有生机和活力。

The living room is used as a study near the bedroom area, and the black desk with the personalized seat increases the fun and creativity of the entire space, without losing the sense of modernity and fashion, so that the entire space is more vibrant and dynamic.

餐厨

厨房和餐厅部分并未做较大的改动，水吧台兼具了储藏和操作的功能，石材背板可以防水、防污，同时也增强水吧台的质感和立体感，黑色玻璃上柜和木纹隔板，合理利用空间，收纳餐具用品的同时营造一种现代感和时尚感。此外，设计师在柜子和隔板上加了灯带，餐桌则采用了黑色的桌子，与棕色皮椅营造出一种稳重、温暖的用餐氛围。

The kitchen and dining room have not made major changes, and the water bar has both storage and operation functions. The stone backplane can be waterproof and anti-pollution, and also enhance the texture and three-dimensional sense of the water bar. The black glass cabinet and wood grain partition make reasonable use of space, and create a modern sense and fashion sense while storing tableware. In addition, the designer added light strips to the cabinets and partitions, and the dining table used a black table and brown leather chairs to create a stable and warm dining atmosphere.

主卧室拆除墙体重新规划后，床头做了软包和镂空的隔断造型，增加空间的私密性和隔音效果，提供了一个安静舒适的睡眠空间。床尾设计了一整排的柜子，靠窗部分是桌子，可以用来梳妆，也能用来办公。原本的飘窗增加了开放柜，既可以用作休闲区，又可以用来储藏，让整个空间更加通透明亮，使室内的氛围更加舒适宜人。

After the wall of the master bedroom was removed and re-planned, the bed head was made of soft bag and hollow partition shape, increasing the privacy and sound insulation effect of the space, providing a quiet and comfortable sleeping space. The end of the bed is designed with a whole row of cabinets, and the window part is a table, which can be used for dressing and office. The original bay window adds an open cabinet, which can be used as a leisure area or storage, making the whole space more transparent and bright, and making the indoor atmosphere more comfortable and pleasant.
