「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求 」
业主是个年轻的小哥哥，这套房子是给他们父母住的，他们平时也会回来住，风格偏好现代风，喜欢简洁、大方，颜色白色为主，功能布局上保留三房，希望通过重新设计获得更好的居住体验。通过不断地沟通交流，最后给他们呈现了一个动线简洁、光线充足、收纳强大的新家。

改造点：
2.进门的空间大，但利用不合理。
改造后：
1.将客厅过道与北阳台划入厨房，增加西厨功能区。
2.客餐厅采用大横厅设计，重新划分功能区。
3.南阳台与小房间重新规划，设计为多功能空间。

Vestibule

玄关
进门右手设计了玄关柜，原木色和白色的搭配自然和谐，开放格的位置可以随手放一下小物件，悬浮的设计方便清洁。
On the right hand of the door, the entrance cabinet is designed. The combination of raw wood and white is natural and harmonious. Small objects can be placed in the open space, and the suspended design is convenient for cleaning.

The sitting room

客厅
客餐厅采用大横厅的设计，厨房的玻璃移门让整个空间更加的舒适通透，顶面弧形造型的处理方式搭配上灯带，增加了空间的流动感和柔和度。地面选用了浅米色的柔光砖，软装家具也用了暖色系，整个空间给人带来温暖柔软的感受。
The guest dining room adopts the design of a large horizontal hall, and the glass sliding door of the kitchen makes the whole space more comfortable and transparent. The curved processing method of the top surface is combined with the light belt, which increases the flow sense and softness of the space. The floor selected light beige brick, soft furniture also used warm colors, the whole space brings a warm and soft feeling.
悬空的电视柜内嵌电视机，通过黑白色的对比打破原本单调的氛围，上下灯带使得电视背景的层次更加分明，边上做了开放柜，收纳物品的同时起到了一定的展示作用。窗边留出空间放置架子鼓，闲暇之余在阳光下练习可谓是轻松愉悦。角落的位置则是留给了空调，搭配洞洞板收纳物品灵活又便捷。
The hanging TV cabinet is embedded in the TV, which breaks the original monotonous atmosphere through the contrast of black and white. The upper and lower light belts make the level of the TV background more distinct, and the open cabinet is made on the side, which plays a certain role in display while storing items. There is room for a drum set beside the window, and it is easy and pleasant to practice in the sun in your spare time. The corner position is left for the air conditioning, with the hole plate storage items flexible and convenient.

餐厨
餐厅区设置了岛台，搭配上原木的餐桌，满足操作需求的同时带来自然的气息，为餐厅带来温馨的氛围。白色餐边柜干净通透储存餐具、餐盘、酒杯的同时为餐厅带来清新明亮的感觉。黑色的玻璃柜门为餐厅营造出优雅时尚的氛围。开放式的设计可以在烹饪的同时能够与家人朋友进行互动，用餐的同时也能感受大空间的魅力，让每一个家庭成员都能够享受到美好的生活。
厨房门口放置了黑色的餐具柜，与整体暖白色相对比，打破了单调的色彩氛围，增加了空间的层次，扩充收纳空间的同时美化了空间。
The dining area is set up with an island, with a log table, to meet the needs of the operation while bringing a natural atmosphere, bringing a warm atmosphere to the restaurant. The white side cabinet is clean and transparent to store cutlery, plates and glasses, while bringing fresh and bright feeling to the restaurant. Black glass cabinet doors create an elegant and stylish atmosphere in the restaurant. The open design can interact with family and friends while cooking, and feel the charm of the large space while dining, so that every family member can enjoy a good life. A black sideboard is placed at the door of the kitchen, which is compared with the overall warm white, breaking the monotonous color atmosphere, increasing the level of the space, and beautifying the space while expanding the storage space.

Master bedroom

主卧室
卧室整体采用米白色和原木色的搭配，柜体的把手和床头的壁灯则采用黑色，增加了空间的层次，床尾可抽拉的电视柜，有需要的时候可以把台板拉出来，当做梳妆台或者书桌，橱柜一侧的床头柜与柜体做成一体，结合开放柜的设计解决了衣柜与床头柜冲突的问题。
The bedroom as a whole adopts a combination of beige and original wood color, the handle of the cabinet and the wall lamp of the head of the bed are black, increasing the level of space, the TV cabinet at the end of the bed can be pulled out, when necessary, the table can be pulled out as a dresser or desk, the bedside table on the side of the cabinet and the cabinet are made into one, combining the design of the open cabinet to solve the problem of the conflict between the wardrobe and the bedside table.
Multifunctional room

多功能房
原本的小房间与阳台重新设计，兼备了衣帽间书房家政的功能，整面的衣柜收纳存放衣服、鞋子等物品。玻璃柜门的穿插使得空间灵活又富有层次。超长的书桌能满足两人同时使用，上方设计了层板置物架，收纳展示物品的同时，空间也不会显得拥挤，有需要的时候可以拉上窗帘与阳台分隔开。阳台部分则为家政间，叠放的洗烘套装嵌在柜体，与衣柜形成一个整体，台盆可供平时搓洗使用，其余空间则为柜体，用来收纳清洁用品。
The original small room and balcony were redesigned, with both the function of cloakroom and study housekeeping, and the whole wardrobe was used to store clothes, shoes and other items. The interpenetration of glass cabinet doors makes the space flexible and rich in layers. The ultra-long desk can meet the needs of two people at the same time, the upper design of the laminated shelf, the storage of display items at the same time, the space will not appear crowded, when necessary, you can draw the curtain and the balcony to separate. The balcony part is the housekeeping room, and the stacked washing and drying sets are embedded in the cabinet, forming a whole with the wardrobe. The table basin can be used for washing at ordinary times, and the remaining space is the cabinet for storing cleaning supplies.
