好看的皮囊千篇一律，有趣的灵魂万里挑一。
本案是精装房全部改造。业主是一位非常有要求和品质的商务人士。对于业主来说所追求的不在于房子的大小，而是更注重它的舒适性。
用设计来改变空间，可以给予你归属感、幸福感，激励你向前，伴你走过四季轮回。
家是承载温度和感动的，失去了这两点，家就单单是一套房子，毫无价值，那就更无生命意义。
「 Family changes | 户型改造 」
改造点：
1. 玄关过道空间足够，但过道过于狭长，利用不合理。
2. 原有客餐厅也不小，但由于阳台原精装移门的累赘感 显得空间不够通透。
3. 厨房餐厅宽度过小，设备操作台面过少。
4. 业主需要尽可能多的收纳空间。
改造后：
1. 进门玄关鞋帽柜功能设计，保持足够多的收纳柜的同时利用门板镜面扩大过道空间感。
2. 客厅阳台移门拆除，扩大空间也把采光引进室内。
3. 厨房拆除墙体，与餐厅一起重新规划设计，增加操作台面和酒柜。
4. 主卧房门外移，将北面房间纳入主卧空间，设计为套房主卧增加双面衣柜与衣帽间。

Vestibule

玄关
进门玄关的两侧设计了整排的柜子，鞋柜白色的柜体与木色悬空抽屉搭配上灯带，增加空间的层次与明亮度，另一侧镜面柜门穿插在木色和白色柜门之间，储物功能强大，又兼具了展示功能，镜面使空间延伸。吊顶灯带的设计使得整个空间更加的明亮通透。
Both sides of the entrance hallway are designed with a whole row of cabinets．The white shoe cabinet and wooden hanging drawer with light strap increase the level and brightness of the space．On the other side the mirror door is interspersed between the wood and white cabinet doors with powerful storage function and display function and the mirror makes the space extend.

The sitting room

The living room and the balcony are connected to expand the living room space, and the design without the main light makes the whole space appear simple and bright.The white cabinet and the dark wood grain TV cabinet are proportioned to highlight the sense of high class and fashion. The dark stone backboard is compared with the overall white atmosphere to enrich the space level. The addition of fireplaces and plants makes the house full of vitality.
拆除了部分的墙体，设计了深色木纹展示柜，隐藏弱电箱的同时起到了装饰的作用，搭配柔和的黄色灯带，将整个空间营造出温馨的氛围。客厅选用浅色沙发与深色木纹的展示柜，搭配浅色的地毯，增强整个空间的层次感和舒适度，营造了一个温馨自然的客厅空间。
Part of the wall was removed and a dark wood grain display cabinet was designed to hide the weak current box and play a decorative role. The soft yellow light belt was used to create a warm atmosphere in the whole space. The living room uses light color sofa, dark wood grain display cabinet, and light color carpet to enhance the layer sense and comfort of the entire space, creating a warm and natural living room space.

Dining room

餐厅
餐厅旁边设计了水吧台，提供操作空间的同时也增加了大量的收纳空间。拆除墙体后设计了玻璃酒柜，搭配上灯带，时尚大气。黑色的皮椅搭配白色大理石桌子，悬挂的玻璃吊灯和香格里拉帘搭配在一起，简约时尚，营造一个明亮舒适的用餐环境。
A water bar is designed next to the restaurant to provide operating space and a large amount of storage space. After the removal of the wall, the glass wine cabinet is designed, with the light belt, which is fashionable and atmospheric. Black leather chairs with white marble tables, hanging glass chandeliers and Shangri-La curtains together, simple and stylish, creating a bright and comfortable dining environment.

厨房
厨房拆除了原来的墙体，改成酒柜与口袋移门的组合，使得厨房的光线更加通透明亮，深色木纹吊柜与白色下柜通过颜色的对比拉开了空间的层次，对比色的运用让厨房看起来时尚大气。
The original wall of the kitchen was removed and replaced with a combination of wine cabinet and pocket sliding door, which made the light in the kitchen more transparent and bright. The dark wood grain hanging cabinet and white bottom cabinet opened the level of space through the contrast of colors, and the use of contrasting colors made the kitchen look fashionable and atmospheric.

Master bedroom

主卧室
卧室整体采用灰色、木色和白色的搭配，灰色护墙增强了卧室的隔音效果，木纹的靠背和灯带增加了空间的层次。衣柜下部做了悬空，黑白分色的柜体搭配上玻璃的柜门，散发着时尚的气息。飘窗重新设计，将原本的大理石面换成实木飘窗台，皮质床搭配亲肤的床品，铺上柔软的地毯，整个空间舒适温馨，又充满现代感和时尚感。
The bedroom as a whole adopts the combination of gray, wood and white, gray parapet enhances the sound insulation effect of the bedroom, and wood grain backrest and lamp belt increase the level of space. The lower part of the wardrobe has been suspended, and the black and white cabinet body is matched with the glass cabinet door, emitting a fashionable atmosphere. The bay window is redesigned, the original marble surface is replaced by solid wood floating windowsill, the leather bed is matched with skin-friendly bedding, and the soft carpet is laid on. The whole space is comfortable and warm, and full of modern and fashionable sense.

The personalized bathtub and black open lattice bring a unique aesthetic and artistic atmosphere to the bathroom, while the dark color also plays a role in reducing tension. Unique stone basin surface design, can meet the needs of use and the overall response. The floating cabinet can not only save space, but also make the whole bathroom look more tidy and exquisite.

Multifunctional room

多功能房
After the door of the master bedroom is moved, the north room is integrated into the master bedroom space, which is designed as the four seasons clothing storage room in the suite and the study function. The Chinese desk is placed in the middle, and the dark solid wood display cabinet behind it is used to store and display the owner's books and other items. The screen moves the door to separate the space and has light transmission at the same time, increasing the privacy but maintaining the transparency of the space. Shangri-la curtains isolate light while maintaining light transmission, increasing privacy while enhancing the beauty of the space. The tuyere with light takes into account the aesthetics and practicality, which not only increases the function of ventilation but also meets the needs of lighting.
