「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求 」
本案的业主是一对年轻的夫妻，通过了解，业主喜欢美式简约混搭的风格，颜色上喜欢奶白色、棕色，可以带点绿色，功能上要求有足够的收纳储存空间，整体空间明亮宽敞，空气流通，生活动线合理，居住起来舒适惬意，还要带一些浪漫。结合他们对功能的需求和生活方式，对房子进行了改造，最终呈现一个复古浪漫如画一般的家。
「 Family changes | 户型改造 」
改造点：
1.厨房过于狭长，利用率不高。
2.北面小房间面积小不实用。
3.主卧室布局没有新意。
改造
1.厨房分出一部分用作入户的鞋帽厅。
2.儿童房借用飘窗做床，提高空间利用率。
3.客厅阳台打通，使得整个空间更加宽敞明亮。
4.主卧区域和小房间拆除墙体，重新规划。
01.
Foyer

门厅
进入玄关映入眼帘的就是一幅描绘植物的油画，咖色的格子地毯铺在地上，让整个玄关显得更加温馨舒适。进门左手边设计了悬空的玄关柜，进门随手放一下小物件，同时也提供了足够的储物空间收纳雨伞，鞋子。
Entering the entrance, you will see an oil painting depicting plants. The coffe-colored checkered carpet is spread on the ground, making the whole entrance more warm and comfortable. On the left hand side of the door, the hanging porch cabinet is designed to put small objects at the door, and it also provides enough storage space for umbrellas and shoes.

客厅
在客厅放置一组绿色的复古屏风，给人一种清新自然的感觉，同时配上复古的线条和纹理，让整个空间都充满了岁月的味道，搭配着斗柜与挂画，形成了一个有品味的复古空间。悬吊的电视背景，打破了常规的布置，拉长了观影距离，给人更为震撼的观影体验。
A set of green retro screens are placed in the living room to give people a fresh and natural feeling. At the same time, with retro lines and textures, the whole space is full of the taste of the years. With the cabinet and hanging pictures, a tasteful retro space is formed. The hanging TV background breaks the conventional arrangement, lengthens the viewing distance, and gives people a more shocking viewing experience.
客厅的另一面设计了整排的收纳柜，玻璃柜与置物隔板的穿插，让整个柜子显得不那么呆板，同时增加了空间的层次感和质感。阳台柜选用了浅绿色，搭配上绿植让阳台充满活力与生机。
On the other side of the living room, a whole row of storage cabinets is designed. The interpenetration of glass cabinets and storage partitions makes the entire cabinet appear less rigid, while increasing the sense of layer and texture of the space. The balcony cabinet is made of light green, with green plants to make the balcony full of vitality and vitality.

餐厨
重新布局的厨房与餐厅形成了规整的一个空间，餐边柜设置了水槽，无论是洗水果，洗杯子，还是饭前洗手都很方便，悬挂的复古收纳柜起到了收纳和装饰的作用，与吊灯餐桌一起营造出古朴、浪漫的氛围。
The rearranged kitchen forms a regular space with the dining room, the side cabinets are set up with sinks, whether it is washing fruit, washing cups, or washing hands before meals are convenient, and the hanging vintage storage cabinets play the role of storage and decoration, together with the chandelier table to create a quaint and romantic atmosphere.
餐厅的另一侧墙面选择用复古的线条简单的装饰，搭配上充满生机的挂画，再放上干花作为点缀，使整个用餐空间显得更加精致浪漫。
The other side of the wall of the restaurant is decorated with simple retro lines, with vibrant hanging pictures, and then put dried flowers as embellishments, making the entire dining space appear more delicate and romantic.

主卧室
卧室依旧选择了复古质朴的搭配，古朴的床搭配柔软的床垫和床品，给人一种温馨舒适的感觉。床头背景选择具有复古气息的花纹，让整个床更加具有特色。复古吊灯的点缀使整个空间更加温暖，给人一种慵懒而浪漫的感觉。最后挂上个性的油画，打破空间的沉闷单调，为空间注入活力。
床尾复古的座椅和茶几，闲来坐着感受着阳光洒在身上的温暖，旁边的绿植和花瓶营造出了一个清新自然的氛围，让人感到舒适和放松。
The bedroom is still a choice of retro rustic collocation, simple bed with soft mattresses and bedding, giving a warm and comfortable feeling. The bed background selection has a retro flavor of the pattern, so that the whole bed more characteristic. The decoration of vintage chandeliers makes the whole space more warm, giving a lazy and romantic feeling. Finally, hang personalized oil paintings to break the boredom of the space and inject vitality into the space.
The retro seat and coffee table at the end of the bed, sit idle and feel the warmth of the sun on the body, and the green plants and vases beside it create a fresh and natural atmosphere, making people feel comfortable and relaxed.

衣帽间
衣帽间设置了单独的岛台柜，收纳的同时又能起到展示的作用， 整排柜子提供了充足的收纳空间，开门与抽屉的相互搭配，收纳起来更加的得心应手。梳妆台设置在窗边，搭配深色复古座椅增加空间层次感，营造出浪漫而不失优雅的氛围。
Cloakroom is set up a separate island cabinet, storage at the same time can play a display role, the whole row of cabinets provide sufficient storage space, the door and drawer match each other, storage more handy. The dresser is set next to the window, with dark retro seating to add layer to the space, creating a romantic yet elegant atmosphere.

重新布局的卫生间，不仅空间宽敞，功能也是一应俱全，满足多人使用卫生间的需要，提高空间利用率，同时也可以让每位使用者都有自己独立的私人空间。黑色的墙裙和小花砖经典的搭配，营造出古典、高雅的氛围，配上复古的镜子和吊灯，更能让整个空间充满浪漫和情调。
The rearranged bathroom is not only spacious, but also fully functional, meeting the needs of many people to use the bathroom, improving the utilization rate of space, but also allowing each user to have their own independent private space. The classic combination of black wall skirt and small brick creates a classical and elegant atmosphere, with retro mirrors and chandeliers, which can make the whole space full of romance and mood.
