「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求 」

本案是一套商住精装公寓房。原开发商的设计太过传统简单，不符合客户想要的设计，所以在不影响结构的情况下整体全部拆除，重新设计规划布局，更合理的符合业主想要的生活方式。本案色调以奶油+原木为主，设计上简洁利落，适当的留白、微水泥、原木色木饰面、石膏线条,天然纹理感的石材质融合营造出轻奢舒适又不失艺术的设计氛围感！

「 Family changes | 户型改造 」

进门原来没有玄关，重新布局增加了玄关区域，正面法式线条墙面和装饰搭配上灯光，回家便能感受到温馨，全屋的控制面板则设置在左手的墙面上，石材与木材的穿插加上灯光的效果，丰富了玄关的层次，充满了高级感。

The entrance was originally without a porch, relayout increased the porch area, the front French lines wall and decoration, with lighting, you can feel warm home, the control panel of the whole house is set on the left hand wall, the interpenetration of stone and wood, coupled with the effect of lighting, enriches the level of the porch, full of advanced sense.

The sitting room

客厅

客餐厅是大横厅的设计，原先的两个房间打通之后空间开阔，光线明亮。通过圆弧处理掉外露的梁，简单利落的吊顶设计，线型灯带压边，增加了层次，简约而不简单。窗户边弧形的造型处理，很好的化解了传统窗帘盒做法带来的破碎感，配上梦幻帘和圆润的沙发，整个空间的光感，舒适温馨，又很高级。

The guest dining room is a large horizontal hall design, the original two rooms open space, bright light. Through the arc to deal with the exposed beam, simple and crisp ceiling design, linear lamp with pressure, increase the level, simple but not simple. The curved shape of the window side solves the broken sense brought by the traditional curtain box practice, and is matched with the dream curtain and the rounded sofa, the light sense of the whole space is comfortable and warm, and it is very advanced.

悬浮的电视柜采用黑白两色的对比，营造高级感，石材地台，台面可以放置一些零碎物件，黑色与石材的搭配也很有高级感，壁炉的加入使整个空间更加的充满温度。石材茶几和黑色边几的组合，与地台的颜色搭配相呼应，墙上的装饰与壁灯搭配地面个性的破碎感地毯，更显空间的高级。

The suspended TV cabinet uses the contrast of black and white to create a sense of advanced, the stone platform, the countertop can be placed some fragmentary objects, the collocation of black and stone is also very advanced, the addition of the fireplace makes the whole space more full of temperature. The combination of stone coffee table and black edge table echoes the color match of the floor, and the decoration on the wall and the wall lamp match the broken carpet of the ground personality, showing the advanced space.

厨房

原来的厨房重新规划，借出部分空给卫生间，重新分配之后的厨房功能性与实用性得到了大大的增强，原木色和白色搭配的柜体颜色，点缀上一点黑色，温馨舒适又带有一点高级。

The original kitchen was re-planned, and some of the empty space was lent to the bathroom. After the reallocation, the functionality and practicality of the kitchen were greatly enhanced. The cabinet color matching the original wood and white was embellished with a little black, which was warm and comfortable with a little advanced.

正对客厅的柜体用作展示柜，收纳展示部分物品，柜子与玄关的墙体包围的部分则用来放置小家电，发光背板的开放柜存放调味料的同时也给空间增加了光亮，与柜体的灯带一起增加空间的照明与层次。

The cabinet facing the living room is used as a display cabinet to store and display some items. The part surrounded by the wall of the cabinet and the porch is used to place small household appliances. The open cabinet with the luminous back board stores seasonings and adds light to the space, and increases the lighting and level of the space together with the light belt of the cabinet.

餐厅采用了当下十分流行的吧台加餐桌一体的设计，石材与木纹的搭配有一种高级奢华的感觉，柔软带圆角的又给人一种温馨舒适的坐感，餐边柜白色柜体简约大气，木色的操作台柜体又自然温馨，黑色的玻璃吊柜可以隔绝灰尘，同时展示内部存放的物品。整个餐厅部分无处不透着惬意。

The restaurant adopts the design of bar and table integration, which is very popular at present. The collocation of stone and wood grain has a feeling of advanced luxury. The soft and rounded corners give people a warm and comfortable feeling of sitting. The whole restaurant section is cosy.

主卧套房设计的简约大气，宽敞明亮，原来窗户边上的水管通过圆弧的造型巧妙地将其隐藏掉，吊顶为了契合造型也做了圆角处理，顶面大胆的尝试了弧形的悬浮顶造型完美的契合了卧室空间舒适柔软的需求，床头背景的护墙与柜门造型相呼应，增加了卧室的隔音保暖效果，也增加了空间的舒适度。黑色的床与整体奶白，木色的对比彰显了空间的高级感。

The design of the master bedroom suite is simple and atmospheric, spacious and bright. The water pipe at the edge of the original window is cleverly hidden by the arc shape. The suspended ceiling is also rounded to fit the shape. It increases the sound insulation and warmth of the bedroom, and also increases the comfort of the space. The contrast between the black bed and the overall milky white, wood color highlights the advanced sense of the space.
