「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求 」
孩子即将远行求学，值此之际业主夫妻俩为孩子准备了这套居所。待孩子学成归来，这便是他将来居住生活的地方。设计规划、功能分布、处处考虑了前瞻性。远虑，是对未来的保障，是生活的从容。
对于房子本身来说，框架结构、越层的建筑，可塑性较强，多处中空及挑高区域，需改造后充分利用，满足生活更高品质、及全面的生活需求。
「 Family changes | 户型改造 」
改造点：
1. 客厅及门厅的中空空间，浪费空间。
2. 厨房封闭式，且偏小。
3. 一层仅一个卫生间，卧室没有内卫。
4. 客餐厅不够开阔。
5. 二层仅一个南向卧室，需要扩充一个（利用中空）。
6. 二层仅一个卫生间是不够的。
7. 地下室是挑高空间，顶部过多的下水管道等，空间如何利用。
改造后：
1. 中空区域现浇搭建后充分利用。
2. 扩大厨房面积、形成可开可闭的空间，和客餐厅形成空间共享。
3. 利用门厅北面阳台，扩展一个卫生间给客房。
4. 客餐厅延展空间，相邻楼梯间打通，相邻厨房区域开放出来。
5. 二层利用中空区域，增加一个南向卧室，作为未来孩子的房间。
6. 二层利用门厅中空区域、现浇后改造为卫生间、家政区域。
7. 挑高的地下室，搭建局部为夹层，充分利用空间。
01.
Hall

门厅
本案的拥有一个相对完整的门厅，归家第一时间，智能感应灯光系统开启，满满的仪式感。
原门厅区域一些边边角角的区域，充分利用，做成了嵌入式鞋帽柜。鞋帽柜功能非常强大：挂衣服、挂包包、换鞋凳或者是外套都有了安放区域。
灯光采用无主灯设计，漫反射为主、温馨柔和是家的主基调。
The case has a relatively complete hall, the first time home, intelligent induction lighting system opened, full of ceremonial sense. Some corner areas of the original foyer area were made full use of and made into embedded shoe and hat cabinets. The function of the shoe and hat cabinet is very powerful: hang clothes, hang bags, change shoes stool or coat have a place. 客餐厅横厅处理面宽足够大。延展空间相邻的楼梯间，延展空间相邻的厨房区域。
意式简约风提倡最大限度的利用自然采光，经典的黑白色，搭配横厅和开放空间，最佳组合。装饰手法中的线条是主角，清晰的几何图形和流畅的线条，营造整洁、秩序的空间。
材质以哑光为主、纹理清新的天然石材是意式风格的标志、搭配天然木材、皮革家具，彰显品质生活。
The dining hall is large enough to handle the surface. Extension space adjacent stairwell, extension space adjacent kitchen area. Italian minimalist style advocates the maximum use of natural lighting, classic black and white, with the horizontal hall and open space, the best combination. The lines in the decoration technique are the protagonists, and the clear geometric figures and smooth lines create a clean and orderly space. The matte natural stone with fresh texture is the symbol of Italian style, with natural wood and leather furniture, highlighting the quality of life.

餐厨
餐厅和厨房相邻，功能属性匹配，使用方便。值得一提，厨房是动了不少心思的地方。挤压了外卫的一些面积，扩大厨房；可开可闭式厨房，烹饪需要爆炒的时候，关起来，避免油烟。平时开放为主，厨房也可以充当社交的环境；扩展西厨功能柜至餐厅区域，功能更强大了，酒柜展示和实用两不误。
The dining room and the kitchen are adjacent, the functional attributes match, and the use is convenient. It is worth mentioning that the kitchen is a place where a lot of thought has been put into. Squeezes some of the outside area to expand the kitchen; Open or closed kitchen. When cooking requires stir-frying, close it to avoid oil fumes. 楼梯的处理也是本案一个亮点，悬浮式楼梯为家增添一份未来感与独特性。我们的楼梯设计以实用与美观为双重目标，颠覆了传统的建筑理念。它如同一件艺术品，以其独特的美感和轻盈的视觉效果，将您的空间提升到一个全新的层次。
The treatment of the stairs is also a highlight of the case, and the floating stairs add a sense of future and uniqueness to the home. Our stairs are designed to be both functional and beautiful, subverting traditional architectural concepts. Like a work of art, it elevates your space to a whole new level with its unique beauty and light visual effects.

Master bedroom

主卧室
主卧室的设计，设计师重新规划了动线，改变原有入口位置，形成一个半隔断小玄关区。增强了私密性，对调了床头位置，规避了卫生间对着床的尴尬。取消了原有衣帽间空间，改用床尾衣柜的方式，空间感更大，衣帽柜也更多了。
In the design of the master bedroom, the designer re-planned the moving line, changed the original entrance position, and formed a semi-partitioned small porch area. Enhance privacy, adjust the position of the head of the bed, avoid the embarrassment of the bathroom on the bed. The original cloakroom space has been canceled, and the way of the wardrobe at the end of the bed has been changed, the sense of space is larger, and the wardrobe is more.

卫生间
主卫保持原有空间，洁具安放位置调整，使用便利。卫生间门采用铝合金+工艺玻璃的方式，防水耐用。处理手法干净整洁，挂墙式台盆柜加上超大镜子，再次扩展空间感，还配备了一个独立浴缸，石材纹理的墙地面，质感满满。
The main bathroom maintains the original space, the position of the sanitary ware is adjusted, and the use is convenient. The toilet door is made of aluminum alloy + process glass, waterproof and durable. The handling method is clean and tidy, the wall-hanging basin cabinet plus a large mirror, once again expand the sense of space, but also equipped with a separate bathtub, stone texture of the wall floor, full of texture.
Guest room

客房
客房考虑在一楼，父母亲偶尔小住使用。原设计一层只有一个卫生间的情况，相对不便。利用了门厅北阳台扩展一个卫生间，满足生活所需。
原始空间偏小，借用相邻空间少许扩展，增设内卫，使得功能完整。
The room is considered to be on the first floor for occasional use by my parents. The original design requires only one bathroom on the first floor, which is relatively inconvenient. The north balcony of the hall is used to expand a bathroom to meet the needs of life.
The original space is small, the adjacent space is slightly expanded, and the interior guard is added to make the function complete.
Children's room

儿童房暂时是备用的状态，属于对未来的生活的一种规划。一抹蓝色是本空间的主色调，储物方面，采用整墙的床尾衣柜+书柜的方式。读书、生活功能齐全，未来可期。
The temporary standby state of the children's room belongs to a plan for the future life. A touch of blue is the main color of this space, storage, using the whole wall of the bed end wardrobe & bookcase. Reading, life functions are complete, the future can be expected.
Basement

地下室
地下室的功能规划是社交、休闲为主的区域。设置了观影区、茶水区，可以棋牌也可以藏品。角落处增加一个卫生间当然是必要的。挑高空间上方的很多管道影响了部分层高，设计阁楼时的圆角处理柔和了空间的棱角。
The basement is designed as a social and leisure area. Set up a viewing area, tea area, chess and cards can also be collected. The addition of a toilet in the corner is certainly necessary. Many pipes above the raised space affected part of the height. When designing the attic, rounded corners were treated to soften the edges of the space.
值得关心的是，地下室的防潮、新风、除湿是必须注意并解决的。
对应休闲的功能，以及现实采光的考虑，色调采用温暖自然的色系。观影区的背景采用了新材料“月光石”，凹凸的肌理、和原石的质朴，大自然的清切质感扑面而来。
阁楼暂定为儿童游乐区域，设置了拱形的玩具柜、楼板和弧形隔断有2个圆形玻璃观察孔，楼上楼下视线互通，设计相对活泼，具有趣味性。

Corresponding to the function of leisure, as well as the consideration of realistic lighting, the color palette is warm and natural. The background of the viewing area uses a new material "moonstone", the texture of the concave and convex, the simplicity of the original stone, and the clear texture of nature come to the face.
The attic is tentatively set as a children's play area, with an arched toy cabinet, floor slab and curved partition with two circular glass observation holes, upstairs and downstairs line of sight, the design is relatively lively and interesting.
