设计空间看似一个理性的过程

实则处处在为情感用力

家不止是一个栖居之所那样简单

更是代表着主人的品味与气质

在经年的使用中

沾染上居住者的气息

「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求」

业主需求：

初识钱姐，非常有气质的姐姐，当时以为是为将来有二宝买的房，没想到是为自己刚毕业女儿准备新房，哈哈哈，因为真的看着非常年轻。

需求：明亮、宽敞、舒适、储藏、现代流行，在浅色调的基础上，保持质感与层次，需要独立的储藏衣帽间功能，需要四房，需要中西厨，客厅空间贯通阳台，尽可能展现这套房子的优点。

设计师：

父母都希望把最好的留给自己的孩子，正因为父母对孩子的尊重，初期交流和设计方案出来都是很令人满意的，正是最直接的沟通方式，不放任问题囤积，相互信任与协作，才能让这个家更顺利地呈现出期待的模样。

设计灵感：

高层大平层空间自带开阔视野，激发了设计师的创作灵感，甄选清雅柔和的色调打底，营造视觉惊喜与穿梭趣味，赋予不同场域独特的个性与情绪，以岩板材质的特性点缀全屋设计，大自然石材逼真的纹理、色彩和质感，打造雅致现代的空间美学。

「 Family changes | 户型改造」

1. 门厅玄关增加装饰性隔断玻璃线性灯增加氛围感。

2. 大阳台与客厅贯通运用超大落地玻璃窗更加放大房屋的优点。

3. 厨房扩充北面小阳台增加储藏空间。

4. 南次卧调整衣柜布置，增加床距离空间。

5. 改变主卧的格局，利用过道北卧室融合改成具有步入式衣帽区、主内卫、大衣帽间的主卧套房。

01.

Living Room

客厅

入户换上舒适家居鞋，右手就是一镜到底的宽阔视野客厅，能够一眼看见湖景。

岩板背景墙结合柜体、灰白相间的天然石材背景，材质的碰撞与层次感处理，成为客厅里一道亮眼的风景线。

On the right hand is a mirror to the bottom of the wide view of the living room, one can see the lake.

Rock slab background wall combined with cabinet, white and white natural stone background, material collision and layering processing, become a bright scenery line in the living room.

将留白尽情挥洒，遵循平衡之道，吸纳充足天光浅调纯色强化了敞亮大气的韵味，配色别致的石材背景墙与同元素的茶几隔空对话形成以小见大的布局节奏。

Follow the road of balance, absorb enough daylight and light tone pure color to strengthen the charm of the open and bright atmosphere, match the unique stone background wall and the coffee table with the same elements to form an empty dialogue to form a layout rhythm.

清透的白纱让光洒进屋内，光与影交错，时间和空间的互动，为室内增添灵动的魅力。

Clear white yarn let light into the room, light and shadow staggered, time and space interaction, add smart charm for the interior.

Restaurant

餐厅

深浅色调赋予了空间足够现代的感觉，深色玻璃酒柜结合餐边柜内纹理的岩板材质，一同融入到整体背景中。

The dark and light tones give the space a modern feeling, and the dark glass wine cabinet is integrated into the overall background together with the texture of the rock plate in the dining cabinet.

The kitchen

厨房

宽敞明亮的中式厨房空间，让烹饪成为一种享受。

西厨结合干净、清爽、浅色橱柜、岩板吧台，让简约的空间不失高级质感。

开放式的格局设计也让餐厅与各个空间形成了良好互动，为一家人的日常交流提供了更为开阔的环境。

The spacious and bright kitchen space makes cooking a pleasure.

Western kitchen combined with clean, crisp, light cabinetry, SLATE bar. Let contracted space do not lose advanced simple sense.

The open pattern design also allows the restaurant to interact with each space, providing a more open environment for the daily communication of the family.

The corridor

走廊

走廊区域整体以白色调为主，迎合了整体色调的同时又让空间显得宽敞，走廊尽头配上一幅大型的装饰画，为空间增加了层次感。

The corridor area is mainly white, which caters to the overall tone and makes the space look spacious at the same time. A large decorative painting at the end of the corridor increases the sense of layers for the space.

The balcony

阳台

生活中唯一不变的就是变化，空间的变化也是平常日子里涌动的新鲜感。设计师给空间定好的主调，希望唤起住户内心对生活本质的理解。不用刻意从众复制，人与空间的融合，就是珍贵的后调。

The only constant in life is change, and the change of space is also the fresh feeling surging in ordinary days. Designers set a good theme for the space, hoping to arouse resident's inner understanding of the essence of life. There is no need to copy deliberately, the fusion of people and space is precious after tone.

The bedroom

主卧室

主卧的打造以静谧舒适为主，超大湖景窗是一大亮点。白色柜门给人一种心理安全感，不同材质的交汇融合营造出低调优雅的居室氛围。

The master bedroom is built to be quiet and comfortable, and the large lakeview window is a highlight. Door of white cupboard gives a person sense of security of a kind of psychology, of different material pledges confluence builds the bedroom atmosphere that gives low-key grace.

浪漫情愫从柔软床品中溢出配以高洁清丽的白色。

一边披光赏月享受梦境的奇幻之美，

一边沉浸阅读写作塑造脑海里的广阔宇宙。

Romantic feelings overflow from the soft bed with high and clean white.

While enjoying the magical beauty of the dream,

While immersed in reading and writing and shaping the vast universe in my mind.

衣帽间

主卧套房增加了很多衣帽储藏空间，拥有独立宽敞的衣帽间是每个女孩的梦想。

The master suite adds a lot of clothing storage space and having a separate spacious cloakroom is every girl's dream.

Parents' room

父母房

父母房柔和的暖色调，艺术涂料的色彩与床品之间形成鲜明对比，不同材质的交汇融合营造出低调优雅温馨的居室氛围。

The soft warm colors of the parents' room and the color of the art paint are in sharp contrast to the bedding. The convergence of different materials creates a low-key, elegant and warm atmosphere in the room.

卫生间是舒适的调子，带质感的瓷砖，与平滑的岩板台面对比强烈，让空间立体感更为突出。

The expansion of the main interior is the highlight of the whole design. The toilet has been designed with four separations to maximize the functionality and practicability.
