「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求 」

本案是幸福美满的一家三口，由美女业主小姐姐与一对非常可爱有趣的父母组成。整体设计是为已经身为白领的女儿审美爱好去打造，空间上使用自由平面及开阔空间的创新格局，缔造一个开放自由的空间。再加上良好的亲子关系为日常生活里激荡起生命的体验，也为空间给人增加了持久感染力。

「 Family changes | 户型改造 」

原始结构图

改造点：

1.玄关规整方正空间且三面有门，且门厅采光不够动线单一。

2.缺乏杂物储物空间。

3.原餐厅位置较小，缺乏西厨以及水吧的功能需求。

4.南阳台空间不够饱满。

5.主卧室缺乏套房感，储藏空间小。

改动：

1.拆除原玄关非称重墙体，让出通行过道后餐厅就可南面下移。

2.餐厅改到过道位置，原餐厅位置曾设西厨、水吧区域作为家里饮水制作咖啡吧中心地带。

3.拆除南阳台移门扩充到客厅空间，让其光线空气流畅无阻碍，增加整体空间的互动性与多样化。

4.拆除原衣帽间墙体扩大卧室开间 ，改变主卧室进门把过道利用起来。

5.北面次卧设置衣帽间，改变入门方位让其纳入主卧室区域成为套房中的一员。

01.

Foyer

门厅‍

玄关墙体打通之后空间的状态自然的汇入、空气的流动，光从各个面进入行经的轨迹，使本来动线单一分割的空间融汇贯通，让业主回家后有个去厨房或者去餐厅、客厅区域的洄游动线，交汇成了空间的生命力。拱形门洞像是个符号既是分界，亦是空间引导，造型搭配灯光和绿色软垫颜色为亮点，承载着居住者对生活的期许。

After the walls of the entrance are connected, the space's state naturally converges and the air flows. Light enters the trajectory of the passage from all sides, integrating and connecting the originally single segmented space. This allows homeowners to have a migration route to the kitchen, dining room, and living room areas after returning home, intersecting and becoming the vitality of the space. The arched doorway is like a symbol that serves as both a boundary and a spatial guide. Its design, combined with lighting and green soft cushion colors, highlights the residents' expectations for life.

入户后玄关区域的柜体满足业主日常对于鞋子及杂物的收纳，其中穿插的定制一体换鞋凳和背板的挂钩也让冬天的围巾/日常用的包包有处可放。

空间形态以需求为导向，贴近于居者的生活方式。以休闲会客为主的客厅，没有做所谓的电视背景墙，落地电视机设置可以根据业主的生活习惯自由挪动。

After entering the house, the cabinet in the foyer area meets the daily storage needs of the owner for shoes and miscellaneous items. The custom integrated shoe changing stool and hook on the backboard also provide a place for winter scarves/daily bags to be stored. The spatial form is demand oriented and closely related to the lifestyle of residents. The living room, mainly for leisure gatherings, does not have a so-called TV background wall. The floor to ceiling TV can be freely moved according to the living habits of the owner.

The sitting room

客厅

空间形态以需求为导向，贴近于居者的生活方式。以休闲会客为主的客厅，没有做所谓的电视背景墙，落地电视机设置可以根据业主的生活习惯自由挪动。

The spatial form is demand oriented and closely related to the lifestyle of residents. The living room, mainly for leisure gatherings, does not have a so-called TV background wall. The floor to ceiling TV can be freely moved according to the living habits of the owner.

客厅打破传统布局，沙发不靠墙，让整体更加自由、随性。摩登的意式极简沙发，搭配钢架椅子、木制玻璃桌面、棕色胖胖沙发椅等家具精粹简奢，彰显出业主的生活态度。不同材质的物件加入其中营造休闲度假的空间感，沙发背后的开放式书房扩大了空间属性。娱乐、办公、休闲……惬意悠闲的生活场景徐徐展开极尽可能地发挥打横厅的优势。

The living room breaks the traditional layout, with the sofa not leaning against the wall, making the overall space more free and casual. The modern Italian minimalist sofa, paired with furniture such as steel frame chairs, wooden glass tabletops, and brown chubby sofa chairs, showcases the owner's attitude towards life. The addition of objects of different materials creates a sense of leisure and vacation space, and the open study behind the sofa expands the spatial attributes. Entertainment, office, leisure... The comfortable and leisurely living scene gradually unfolds, fully leveraging the advantages of the horizontal hall.

Restaurant

餐厅

餐厅汲取圆之柔美，用拱形门做过渡，定制餐桌与称重柱体衔接连系空间的视觉平衡。地板拼接的纹理，指向更广阔的空间，仪式感不彰自显。以奶油配棕色木纹基调把控轻盈观感，美式古典线条不多矫饰，予人温柔宁静的氛围。

The restaurant draws on the softness of the circle, using arched doors as transitions, and customizing the dining table to connect with the weighing column to create a visual balance in the space. The texture of the floor splicing points towards a wider space, and the sense of ceremony is not obvious. The combination of cream and brown wood grain creates a light and elegant appearance, while American classical lines are not overly embellished, creating a gentle and peaceful atmosphere.

餐厅位置南面下移后增设了西厨和水吧区域，方便了日常生活还有专门的地方展示业主收藏杯子。水吧墙面背景画布每一种色调在自然中都可以匹配到对应的联想物，有白云、森林、野草、冰、石、大地…整个空间显示纯粹、素雅，再搭配墙面柔和的奶油色系，让人体会到一与空间同化的感觉，那一刻，身心皆是自由的。

After the restaurant was relocated to the south, a western kitchen and water bar area were added, making daily life more convenient. There is also a dedicated place to display owner's collection of cups. The background canvas of the water bar wall can match each color tone with corresponding associations in nature, such as white clouds, forests, wild grass, ice, stones, and earth... The entire space displays purity and elegance, combined with the soft cream color scheme of the wall, allowing people to experience a sense of assimilation with the space. At that moment, both body and mind are free.

04.

Kitchen

厨房

因为本案原坯不是毛坯，而是精装房交付，所以厨房里面部分业 主想维持原样装修不作调整。但是厨房隔断移门经过重新设计置揣保证跟外面整体大风格呼应，超白长虹玻璃透光不透景能够保证采光的同时也能隔断油烟问题，极简黑色门框即使在厨房内部看过去跟原精装橱柜瓷砖也适配且没有违和感。

Because the original prototype of this case was not a rough prototype but a finely decorated room, some owners in the kitchen wanted to maintain the original decoration without making any adjustments. However, the kitchen partition sliding door has been redesigned and replaced to ensure it echoes the overall style of the outside. The ultra white rainbow glass is transparent and not transparent to the scenery, which can ensure natural lighting while also blocking oil smoke problems. The minimalist black door frame is compatible with the original high-end cabinet tiles even when viewed from the inside of the kitchen, and there is no sense of conflict.

Study

书房

书房区域整墙的定制书柜，中间宝格丽大理石开放区域与边上玻璃柜形式呼应，丰富的空间材质与奶白色和谐共生。整体设计实现的多样化功能，满足业主放书、放玩具陈列的日常所需。东面阳台洗衣柜功能及阳台顶面暗藏晾衣杆都在提醒我们空间的边界虽被模糊，但是始终为生活服务。

The custom bookshelf in the study area is integrated into the entire wall, and the open area of Bulgari marble in the middle echoes the form of a glass cabinet on the side. The rich spatial materials and milky white harmoniously coexist. The diversified functions implemented in the overall design meet the daily needs of homeowners for placing books and displaying toys. The function of the laundry cabinet on the east balcony and the hidden clothes drying pole on the top of the balcony remind us that although the boundary of the space is blurred, it always serves our daily life.

Master bedroom

主卧室

黑色艺术感玻璃门是主卧的入口，呼应了整个公共空间，让生活充满仪式感。家具软装也结合女业主的喜好精心搭配，最终呈现出这个杂志一般的家。

The black artistic glass door is the entrance to the master bedroom, echoing the entire public space and making life full of ceremony. Furniture and soft furnishings are carefully combined with the preferences of female homeowners, ultimately presenting a magazine like home.

主卧未设计强烈的色彩与繁杂的装饰，仅用绿色丝绒质地窗帘提升空间对比，回归柔软舒适的休憩本质。悬挂在床头的吊灯，深色的木边几，富有设计感的复古床，黑色复古装饰灯等共同点缀着空间的主题。

The master bedroom is not designed with strong colors or intricate decorations, and only green velvet curtains are used to enhance the contrast of the space, returning to the soft and comfortable essence of rest. The hanging chandelier at the head of the bed, the dark wooden edge table, the stylish retro bed, and black retro decorative lights all complement the theme of the space.

Cloakroom

衣帽间

北面的房间纳入主卧室套房内，化身衣帽间。悬空的化妆台、圆形的化妆镜，清晨，在这一方之地，精心打扮自己，开启美好的一天。

整面的柜子用于收纳与收藏的展示，不做过多处理，通过时间用生活慢慢将它填满。整墙到顶的玻璃柜，储存着业主珍贵的包包、衣物、饰品。柜子与卫生间门经典的黑白配色，给卧室空间中带来一种雅致的生活态度，也带来了对精致生活的向往。

The northern room is incorporated into the master bedroom suite, transforming into a dressing room. Hanging makeup table and circular makeup mirror, in this place in the morning, carefully dress yourself up and start a beautiful day.

The entire cabinet is used for storage and collection display, without excessive processing, and is slowly filled with time and life. A glass cabinet with the entire wall to the top, storing precious bags, clothing, and accessories from the owner. The classic black and white color scheme of cabinets and bathroom doors brings an elegant living attitude to the bedroom space, as well as a longing for exquisite living.

07.

Second bed

次卧

东南面次父母休息卧室的是的空间，整体用传统胡桃色美式家具与米色涂料的墙面搭配顶面几何石膏线条做硬装铺垫，呈现温馨简洁大方的卧室氛围，绿色的窗帘和床边边几的南瓜灯新的软装色彩的碰撞让小空间也充满活力，配画选的小燕子用珍珠串链组合模块跟空间搭配感满分。

The space in the southeast side of the second parents' resting bedroom is filled with traditional walnut American furniture and beige paint on the wall, paired with geometric gypsum lines on the top surface for hard paving, presenting a warm, simple and generous bedroom atmosphere. The collision of green curtains and pumpkin lamps on the bedside table with new soft decoration colors makes the small space full of vitality. The selected small swallows in the painting use pearl chain combination modules to match the space perfectly.

Retro small square bricks, a simple and three-dimensional white basin, paired with irregular black framed mirrors, and warm spotlights, outline a warm and stylish bathroom space.
