阿尔瓦·阿尔托曾说：“设计师的任务是在地球上创造一个天堂”。对于私宅空间设计师来说，则是为每个居住者，创造独属于其个人的天堂。

「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求 」

本案的业主是一对享受自由生活，喜欢浪漫旅游的神仙眷侣；俩人本身就从事建筑设计行业，多年的工作经验，让他们更能体会到脱离生活的设计华而不实，加上目前业主孩子在国外工作定居，家里常居成员人口只有两人，所以他们选择卖掉了别墅，重启大平层公寓作为生活居所。本案色调以米色+浅木为主，设计上简洁利落，适当的色彩反差,红色天然纹理感的石材质融合营造出温馨舒适又不失艺术的设计惊喜感。

「 Family changes | 户型改造 」

改造点：

玄关的处理上首先拆除原来精装的平面吊顶植入弧形的造型感配以灯光将空间感拉出来；其次在入户门墙面“掏”出一长条的壁龛造型将原来一整面大白墙的无趣性打破。定制鞋柜镶嵌了换鞋凳功能，整体鞋柜底部的镂空设计给了空间增加了呼吸感以及过道尾端空间增加大储物柜，做到美观同时又很实用！

In the treatment of the entrance, first remove the original hardcover flat ceiling and implant the curved shape feeling with lights to pull out the sense of space; Secondly, in the wall of the entrance door, "cut" a long niche shape to break the boredom of the original whole white wall. The custom shoe cabinet is inlaid with the function of changing shoes stool. The hollow-out design at the bottom of the overall shoe cabinet gives the space an increased sense of breathing and the space at the end of the aisle adds a large locker, which is beautiful and practical at the same time!

The sitting room

客厅

客餐厅的开阔空间，在柔和缱绻的变奏中将生活的本真模样通过不同层次的肌理一一呈现。通过梳理空间关系和人物动线，「内」与「外」在这里汇合成统一的场域气质，在软装的挑选上皆为适应空间氛围而存在，设计师以米色、黛绿、红色来构筑室内色彩，以花瓣为形的沙发、复古方格的地毯、温和胡桃色木茶几来展示空间材质。

In the open space of the guest restaurant, the authentic appearance of life is presented one by one through different layers of texture in the soft and tender variations. By combing spatial relations and character lines, "inside" and "outside" converge to form a unified field temperament here, and the selection of soft clothing is to adapt to the space atmosphere. Designers build interior colors with beige, dark green and red, and display space materials with petal-shaped sofas, retro checkered carpets and mild walnut colored wood coffee tables.

储物系统随着柜体厚度整排铺向阳台，面向窗户可以发呆，面向书桌又有沉浸的阅读体验，休息娱乐时，家庭影院模式开启，没有被传统客厅而定义的空间，比想象中更能自由组合。原有阳台不仅被打开，成为室内放松的一部分。阳台一端洗烘一体的家政柜，一端是连接起书房的储物补充，整个通道是流畅且隐秘的。

With the thickness of the cabinet, the whole row of storage system is laid out to the balcony, facing the window can be dazed, facing the desk has an immersive reading experience, and when the rest and entertainment, the home theater mode is opened, and the space is not defined by the traditional living room, which can be more freely combined than imagined. The original balcony is not only opened up, but becomes a relaxing part of the interior. One end of the balcony washing and drying integrated housekeeping cabinet, one end is connected to the study storage supplement, the whole channel is smooth and private.

客厅电视背景做了整面的储物柜便于容纳烟火生活的琐碎日常，采用隐形的柜门把手方案，让视觉效果更为整体统一。中间内嵌浅木色饰面与红色洞石材质形成鲜明的对比，营造出强烈的视觉冲击力，阳台洗衣柜黛绿色的点缀让空间色彩更加的丰富。书房连通让客厅多了一份叙事感，让空间变得多元化，不被单一的功能束缚。

The living room TV background is made of a full-face locker to accommodate the trivial daily life of fireworks, and the invisible cabinet door handle scheme is used to make the visual effect more unified. The light wood color veneer embedded in the middle forms a sharp contrast with the red stone material, creating a strong visual impact, and the dark green embellishment of the balcony laundry closet makes the space more colorful. The connection of the study adds a sense of narrative to the living room, making the space diversified and not bound by a single function.

餐厅部分窗户边上也没有浪费，添加了靠窗水吧柜，水吧台兼具了餐边柜的储藏和操作的功能，黑/白双色的餐椅搭配个性的红色吊灯增加整个空间的趣味性和创意性，搭配边柜的黛绿又不失现代感和时尚感，让整个空间更加具有生机和点睛。  

There is no waste on the edge of some Windows in the restaurant, adding the window water bar cabinet, the water bar table has the function of storage and operation of the side cabinet, the black/white dining chair with the personality of the red chandelier increases the interest and creativity of the whole space, and the dark green with the side cabinet does not lose the sense of modern and fashion, so that the whole space is more vibrant and eye-catching.

书房

挨着客厅的次卧直接打开作为敞开式书房，在这个场所中，通过书房与客厅的穿插，书桌台面与沙发区的串联、从而实现新功能与传统客厅空间的融合，进而引伸人与人、人与空间的适配共处。墙面的吊柜储物系统背板采用被发光背板，让放置其中的手办艺术品无疑使其成为吸睛区域。

The treatment of the stairs is also a highlight of the case, and the floating stairs add a sense of future and uniqueness to the home. Our stairs are designed to be both functional and beautiful, subverting traditional architectural concepts. Like a work of art, it elevates your space to a whole new level with its unique beauty and light visual effects.

主卧室拆除墙体重新规划后，床头做了木饰面和镶嵌水波纹玻璃砖的隔断造型，增加空间的私密性和隔音效果，提供了一个安静舒适的睡眠空间。原本的飘窗增加了开放柜，既可以用作休闲区，又可以用来储藏和展示，让整个空间更加通透明亮，使室内的氛围更加舒适宜人。

After the removal of the wall and re-planning of the master bedroom, the head of the bed is made of wood veneer and partition with water corrugated glass tiles, increasing the privacy and sound insulation effect of the space, providing a quiet and comfortable sleeping space. The original bay window adds an open cabinet, which can be used as a leisure area, storage and display, making the whole space more transparent and bright, making the indoor atmosphere more comfortable and pleasant.

床尾设计了一整排的柜子，靠窗部分是桌子，即可以用来梳妆，也能用来办公。储物柜隐形的柜门把手方案，使门板也能当作投影幕布功能实用性拉满。

父母房

强调空间素净的底色则是因为对“必要性”的极致推演，我们希望设计本身可以摒弃不必要的存在，在保证实用的基础上尽量精简，软装上的色彩点缀，房屋的调性拉满，延续了客厅的搭配组合，浅木色和艺术涂料气质凸出。床背后的壁灯考虑使用者的细致需求，提高生活适配性，围绕空间服务于人的思想进行设计增减。

The emphasis on the plain background color of the space is because of the extreme deduction of "necessity", we hope that the design itself can abandon the unnecessary existence, on the basis of ensuring practical as far as possible to simplify, the color embellishment on the soft installation, the tonality of the house, the continuation of the living room combination, light wood color and artistic paint temperament. The wall lamp behind the bed considers the detailed needs of the user, improves the adaptability of life, and is designed around the idea of space serving people.
