「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求 」
这是一套房屋改造，一家四口，外带住家阿姨的温馨之家。家里有两个萌宝，所以业主非常注重材料的环保性，实用性。对于宝宝玩具的收纳全家人居家收纳有着很高的需求，希望家里的风格是简约又要附有高级感，质感的同时又不失温馨， 秉持“先简后藏”的理念，用简约的设计重筑家，打造极简意式自由又具高级感的 - 喜樂之家。
「 Family changes | 户型改造 」
原始结构图
改造点：
1.原户型入户鞋帽储物空间不足。
2.原房厨房不够理想。
3.入户儿童房间飘窗太过鸡肋。
4.餐厅功能不够理想。
5.客厅空间隔着阳台移门不够通透。
6.主卧室布局不舒服 衣帽间储藏少。
改动：
1.占用一点厨房间空间 增加入户鞋帽储藏。
2.改变中厨布局 合理延伸餐边柜设计。
3.利用飘窗定制小怪物飘窗沙发垫 增加房间利用率 多余空间 。
可以放下双人书桌，还有儿童玩乐区。
4.厨房打掉多余墙体增加空间 餐厨搭配使用。
5.阳台移门拆除 设计木饰面吊顶与整体设计格局相呼应，增加空间感。
6.整体改动主卧室布局，改变主床床头方向，避开原卫生间门对着床中。利用卧室空间定制床尾整排衣帽柜，大大合理增加收纳空间，不浪费一点空间，利用飘窗制作梳妆台。
01.
Foyer

门厅
初次步入这个空间，给人更多的是自由和烂漫且不失温馨的感觉，对一个家赋予了此处更多的意义和价值。门厅壁龛光影运用了斯卡帕叠加手，通过叠级的每个阶段错位重叠，创造一种变换的空间法则是此处独特的“居所”，是留给心的，也是留给设计的。光和影在此处重逢，生活的篇章也就此打开。
入户门两侧分别设计了收纳一体的鞋帽柜，客户特别要求悬空位置加高，因为女主人有很多漂亮的短靴和中长靴，外套挂衣区、口罩钥匙收纳抽屉、出门必照的全衣镜，打造一个功能极强高的鞋帽厅，让每次回家变得惬意从容。
Entering this space for the first time gives people more freedom, romance, and a warm feeling, endowing a home with more meaning and value. The light and shadow of the foyer niche utilize the Scapa stacking technique, creating a changing spatial pattern through the staggered overlap of each stage of the stacking. This is the unique "residence" here, reserved for both the heart and the design. Light and shadow reunite here, and the chapter of life opens.
On both sides of the entrance door, integrated shoe and hat cabinets are designed for storage. Customers specifically request a higher hanging position, as the hostess has many beautiful short and medium long boots. The coat hanging area, mask key storage drawer, and full clothes mirror that must be taken when going out create a highly functional shoe and hat hall, making every time you go home feel comfortable and composed.

The sitting room

摒弃所有不必要的装饰，让人通过触摸，而不是观看的方式去感知空间，木质的温润细腻，织物的肌理，空间简洁却有质感的特性深入人心。
Abandoning all unnecessary decorations and allowing people to perceive space through touch rather than observation, the warm and delicate texture of wood, the texture of fabric, and the concise yet textured characteristics of space deeply penetrate people's hearts.
在空间极尽克制的手法的对比之下，岩石沙发所展现出的柔软成为焦点。温柔的色调，柔和的线条，舒适的包裹感，形成松弛的氛围，占据空间。
In contrast to the techniques of extreme restraint in space, the softness displayed by the rock sofa becomes the focus. Gentle color tones, soft lines, and comfortable wrapping create a relaxed atmosphere, occupying space.
扩充阳台空间，地砖通铺，贯通阳台，超大落地双层玻璃窗引入采光，也延伸出更多的收纳空间。
Expand the balcony space, lay all the tiles on the floor, connect the balcony, and introduce large floor to ceiling double glazed windows for lighting, which also extends to more storage space.
组合式储藏柜轻松容纳下洗衣机，烘干机和家务清洁用品，表面依旧干净整齐。
The combination storage cabinet easily accommodates washing machines, dryers, and household cleaning supplies, and the surface remains clean and tidy.
木饰面的拼接，分化空间结构与质感，打破空间的单调，沉静的空间多了几分张力。
The splicing of wooden veneers divides the spatial structure and texture, breaking the monotony of space and adding a touch of tension to the calm space.
材料的情感来自于人们对他产生的感受，即质感，以温和自然为主，木质感融入沉稳、淡然的韵味。
The emotion of the material comes from people's feelings towards it, that is, the texture, which is mainly gentle and natural, and the woodiness is integrated with a calm and indifferent charm.
石材纹理独特自带天然的温度感，自然与现代碰撞出火花，相互映衬之下风雅的美感迸发，带来美的享受和整体的舒适。
The unique texture of stone comes with a natural sense of temperature, and the collision of nature and modernity sparks a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, bringing enjoyment of beauty and overall comfort.

Restaurant

餐厅
寻求一个的平衡点，兼纳光、影、声、色，带领洁净纯粹的基调通向自我与尽兴，理想乌托邦在生活中生成具象。
Seeking a balance point that combines light, shadow, sound, and color, leading a clean and pure tone towards self and fulfillment, and creating a concrete ideal utopia in life.
浅色板搭配上原木纹，营造出温馨的氛围，沿墙设置的餐边柜，增设了小水池，既可以当水吧台，又增加了储物空间，也减轻了厨房台面的压力。
The light colored board is paired with natural wood grain to create a warm atmosphere. The dining cabinet set along the wall has added a small sink, which can serve as a water bar, increase storage space, and reduce the pressure on the kitchen countertop.
干净利落的线条艺术为此后丰富的延伸埋下伏笔，在纯粹与简淡里觅得真正的自由精神。
The clean and neat line art lays the groundwork for future rich extensions, finding the true spirit of freedom in purity and simplicity.

Kitchen

厨房
L型橱柜合理规划空间，动线通达，玻璃移门分割厨房，隔绝油烟保持空间通透性。家庭水吧连贯电器柜，补充收纳的同时提高生活品质，仪式感拉满。
L-shaped cabinets plan space reasonably, with unobstructed circulation, glass sliding doors divide the kitchen, isolate oil fumes, and maintain spatial transparency. Home water bar connected electrical cabinet, supplementing storage while improving quality of life, full of ceremony.
水吧台上方吊顶木质包裹内嵌灯光，柜体与一侧的墙面涂料相辅相成，质感十足。
The wooden ceiling above the water bar is wrapped with embedded lights, and the cabinet and the wall paint on one side complement each other, giving a full texture.

Master bedroom

主卧室
主卧以柔和的浅米色饰面温暖包裹，一缕光，从窗边生长出来，给空间一种轻盈之感。利用卧室空间定制床尾整排衣帽柜，合理增加收纳空间。快节奏的世界，总要有一处空间留给自己与自己独处。
The master bedroom is warmly wrapped in a soft light beige finish, with a ray of light growing from the window, giving the space a sense of lightness. Customize a row of wardrobe cabinets at the end of the bed using bedroom space to increase storage space reasonably. In a fast-paced world, there must always be a space for oneself to be alone with oneself.
米灰色调营造了放松、舒展的感觉。床头侧面背景延展到飘窗 有连贯衣帽柜 定制出独特的梳妆台面。采光优秀，功能强大，不仅可以用来梳妆，也满足居家办公的需求。

飘窗=鸡肋，打造不一样的儿童房，怪兽飘窗沙发垫萌趣可爱，香芋紫系列的小怪兽飘窗垫搭配巧妙，充满了无尽的乐趣和神秘。实木的小床、小怪物飘窗沙发、攀岩墙，把儿童房的氛围感直接拉满。收纳柜连接长书桌配合到顶收纳柜，材质的融合丰富了空间细节，收纳功能也没有落下。
The bay window=chicken ribs, creating a unique children's room, the monster bay window sofa mat is cute and cute, and the small monster bay window mat in the taro purple series is cleverly matched, full of endless fun and mystery. The solid wood small bed, small monster bay window sofa, and climbing wall directly fill the atmosphere of the children's room. 极简的洗手台设计，搭配素色砖的澄澈高级，在动与静之间寻找平衡。没有过多装饰，通透即视，淋浴通过比例调整给予浴缸与淋浴的平衡。当洗净铅华洗掉万般色彩、平和、轻松的都市栖息港湾，才不负尘世披荆斩棘的每时每刻。
The minimalist design of the washbasin, paired with the clear and high-end plain bricks, seeks a balance between movement and stillness. Without too much decoration, it is transparent and easy to see. The shower provides a balance between the bathtub and shower through proportional adjustment. When washing away all the colors, the tranquil, peaceful, and relaxed urban harbor can withstand every moment of the world's hardships.
